I have spoken with the folks over at Laughlin associates. I found them to be very knowledgeable. I was able to get all my questions answered and it was at least a 45 minute phone call.

I have seen prices cheaper than theirs but beware! There is a lot to forming a LEGITIMATE LLC. Anybody charging less is going to be giving you less as well. Laughlin has the FULL package. They will help make sure you do it right.
